Friday at 11:00 AM through Sunday at 11:00 AM

Celebrate with up to 175 guests, with outdoor ceremonies and receptions set against the beauty of our historic estate.

Your weekend includes access to Thistledome House for setup and decorating, rehearsal activities, wedding-party preparation, photography, vendor setup, and Sunday breakdown and cleanup, along with use of the catering prep kitchen.

We also currently have one bedroom available for an overnight stay. Please inquire about availability and arrangements.

Event Timing

• Friday evening guests must depart the property by 10:00 PM.

• Saturday evening guests must depart the property by 11:00 PM.

• Outdoor music must conclude by 10:00 PM.

• Outside event rentals must be picked up no later than Monday.

These guest departure times do not apply to those with an arranged overnight stay.

Included with Your Weekend

For indoor use, Thistledome provides:

• Three 6-foot tables with linens

• Eight 36-inch round tables with linens

• 40 fruitwood chairs

Tables, chairs, tents, linens, and other rental items for your outdoor ceremony and reception are arranged by you and your event coordinator through the rental company of your choice.

For weddings with more than 60 guests, a tent rental is required. Arranged by you and your event coordinator, the tent serves as your Plan B for rain, providing a covered space so your ceremony and reception can proceed if the weather changes.

Weekend Investment — $6,500

• $3,500 non-refundable booking retainer — due at contract signing to secure your date

• $1,500 second payment — due 6 months before the wedding

• $1,500 final payment — due 90 days before the wedding

• $1,000 refundable damage/security deposit — due 30 days before the wedding, separate from the $6,500 venue rental fee

Your wedding date is reserved once we receive both your signed contract and booking retainer.

Planning Your Celebration

Thistledome gives you the freedom to choose the vendors, rentals, and details that reflect your style and bring your wedding vision to life.

You are responsible for selecting and hiring a licensed and insured event coordinator of your choice. Your coordinator oversees vendors, setup, and the wedding-day timeline, helping your celebration flow smoothly.

All vendors working on the property must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the required Thistledome entities as Additional Insured.

If alcohol is served, a professional bartender is required and must also provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the required Thistledome entities as Additional Insured.

Couples must obtain event liability insurance for their wedding.
