For couples seeking a more intimate celebration, our Sunday Wedding offers the beauty and character of Thistledome House in a thoughtfully paced, single-day experience.

The Thistledome House Sunday Wedding — $2,500

Sunday Access
8 consecutive hours of venue access for up to 60 guests

Your rental includes time for setup and decorating, wedding-party preparation, photography, vendor setup, your ceremony and reception, and breakdown and cleanup, along with use of the catering prep kitchen.

All setup, celebration activities, and cleanup must take place within your 8-hour rental period.

Included with Your Sunday Wedding

For indoor use, Thistledome provides:

  • Three 6-foot tables with linens

  • Eight 36-inch round tables with linens

  • 40 fruitwood chairs

Additional tables, chairs, linens, and other rental items are arranged by you and your day-of coordinator through the rental company of your choice.

Sunday Investment — $2,500

  • $1,350 non-refundable booking retainer — due at contract signing to secure your date

  • $575 second payment — due 6 months before the wedding

  • $575 final payment — due 60 days before the wedding

  • $1,000 refundable damage/security deposit — due 30 days before the wedding, separate from the $2,500 venue rental fee

Your wedding date is reserved once we receive both your signed contract and booking retainer.

Planning Your Celebration

Thistledome gives you the freedom to choose the vendors, rentals, and details that reflect your style and bring your wedding vision to life.

You are responsible for selecting and hiring a licensed and insured day-of wedding coordinator of your choice. Your coordinator oversees vendors, setup, and the wedding-day timeline, helping your celebration flow smoothly.

All vendors working on the property must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the required Thistledome entities as Additional Insured.

If alcohol is served, a professional bartender is required and must also provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the required Thistledome entities as Additional Insured.

Couples must obtain event liability insurance for their wedding.

Thistledome House offers a limited number of Sunday weddings each year, creating space for meaningful celebrations surrounded by the people closest to you.
