Time to Gather

Most groups find the following timeline works well:

• 1 hour for setup and decorating

• 2 hours for the celebration

• 1 hour for cleanup and goodbyes

All setup, decorating, and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental period.

Need more time? Additional hours may be added for $75 per hour.

Food & Refreshments

You’re welcome to bring prepared, purchased food or arrange catering through the caterer of your choice.

Celebration rentals are alcohol-free unless arrangements are made in advance with Thistledome House. If you wish to serve alcohol, you must hire a professional, insured bartender and obtain additional event liability insurance.

Damage Deposit — $175

A $175 damage deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. It is fully refundable within 2 weeks after your event, provided no damage occurs.
